JACK MONELL has a new book, Delinquency, Pop Culture and Generation Why, which will be released early summer under the CPCC Press.  It is a supplemental text for juvenile justice related courses.

EMILY LENNING, SARA BRIGHTMAN, and SUSAN CARINGELLA just released a new edited book that is written by DWC members and inspired by the DWC workshops!  It is available for pre-order through Routledge and most online bookstores, such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble.  Check it out at: http://www.routledge.com/books/details/9780415780223.

NATALIE SOKOLOFF also has a new book. Price and Sokoloff’s The Criminal Justice System and Women, 3rd Edition is available at: http://create.mcgraw-hill.com. Professors can also choose and order individual chapters.  Cool!

WALTER DEKESEREDY has just released a new book, Contemporary Critical Criminology coming out with Routledge this fall.  You can order it here.

We are also pleased to announce that MICHELLE HUGHES MILLER is moving to the University of South Florida, where she is excited to join the faculty of the Sociology and Women’s Studies departments. Good luck Michelle!

JO-ANN DELLA GIUSTINA also has fabulous news. She has received tenure at Bridgewater State College. Jo-Ann is also the Criminal Justice Graduate Program Director and the Director of the Criminal Justice Department’s Prison and Jail Initiative. Wow!

JODY MILLER has also accepted a position as Professor of Criminal Justice at Rutgers University, beginning fall 2010. Congrats and good luck, Jody.

We would also like to congratulate NICOLE RAFTER on her Fulbright award. Good luck in your teaching endeavors in Austria.
