Erin Kerrison has finished her PhD in Criminology from the University of Delaware’s Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice and has recently accepted a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Criminology at the University of Pennsylvania. What great news!

Elaina Behounek was awarded a NAACP Outstanding Female award for her service in 2013-2014. Congrats, Elaina!

Walter DeKeseredy received the Critical Criminal Justice Scholar award from ACJS.  Congratulations on such a prestigious honor!

Andrea Leverentz’s book The Ex-Prisoner¹s Dilemma: How Women Negotiate Competing Narratives of Reentry and Desistance was just released (Rutgers UP, Critical Issues in Crime and Society series). Check it out here.

Susan Caringella, Kate Luther, and Rebecca Hayes have recently finished an edited book Teaching Criminology at the Intersection: A How-To Guide for Teaching About Gender, Race, Class, and Sexuality. The book is available for pre-order here.
